Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: Troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners using root cause analysis. System architecture design and analysis. Data analysis using SQL or MySQL to extract business and technology insights from large data sets. Operations management for process improvement and workflow optimization. Stakeholder management with internal and external partners, including assessing vendor solutions, conducting integration tests with the various solutions, negotiating contract details, tracking and forecasting spend, performing competitive intelligence and maintaining vendor documentation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,600 - $222,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services
  • Define long-term technical solution strategies and influence streaming platform product direction by authoring and providing critical feedback on requirement and design documents
  • Drive the end-to-end development of technical streaming media solutions, from designing system architecture to collaborating with developers on code implementation
  • Create scalable, repeatable solutions such as best practice guides, code samples, and tutorials to empower users and partners
  • Troubleshoot complex technical broadcast, streaming, OTT and video encoding issues by analyzing data, proposing and validating fixes, and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
    Lead cross-functional teams to oversee the technical execution and business operations of projects, balancing partner needs with technical constraints
