Description:

  • As a Technical Solutions Advisor, you will lead technical integrations for partners and enterprise merchants in the GSD pipeline. • Serve as the primary technical liaison and escalation point, advising clients on architecture and implementation for APIs and ensuring integrations are robust and scalable.
  • Standardize and maintain onboarding patterns, documentation, and validation approaches to ensure reliable, high-quality integrations and to scale best practices across the organization.
  • Lead high-severity troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integration issues, driving durable fixes and preventive improvements rather than one-off remediation.
  • Drive cross-functional improvements to integration processes, tools, and frameworks, and measure their impact on speed, quality, and partner outcomes.
  • Act as a recognized SME for connectivity topics, shaping integration standards, KPIs, and best practices, and leading business and technical reviews with senior leaders.
  • Mentor and coach peers and junior team members on integration practices, tools, and stakeholder communication, contributing to the overall capability and maturity of the team.
  • Lead the 3PP consulting program evaluating integration quality, identify key drivers of seller performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improved platform compliance, partner standards, and GMV outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Engagement Management, Implementation, Client Onboarding, or a related technical client-facing role, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder integration or deployment programs.
  • Hands-on experience using GraphQL, SOAP/XML, and REST/JSON (or equivalent technologies) in real-world integration scenarios.
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills, including managing multi-workstream initiatives, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols and web services
  • Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software with an emphasis on integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, including influencing senior technical and business stakeholders, managing expectations, and navigating ambiguity to successful outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and related client software, and how these fit into hybrid integration architectures.
  • Hands-on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems to coordinate cross-team work and track delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including how to track onboarding activities, pipeline, and health metrics.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in technical, operational, and commercial roles, adjusting level of detail and framing to ensure understanding and alignment.

Additional Skills:

  • A strong passion for onboarding clients for long-term success, including working directly with clients, designing and optimizing processes, and advocating for improvements that benefit multiple partners and teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large, sophisticated system deployment and integration programs in a cross-functional team environment, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without direct authority, fostering collaboration and trust across teams and geographies.
  • Deep alignment with client values: people, ethics, dedication, fun, and an engaging culture, and the ability to model these behaviors for others.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize competing demands, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously with high degrees of variation and uncertainty, maintaining clarity on priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
