You will work closely with clients to analyse customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimise service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity
As part of the P&C Technical Solutions team, you lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that modernize insurance operations. As a Manager, you motivate and inspire teams, leveraging your business knowledge to drive project success while maintaining the integrity and quality standards that define our firm. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with clients to enhance their business performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the modernization of underwriting and policy administration processes
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions and secure architectures
- Analyze and improve risk selection and claims resolution speed
- Enhance customer experience through innovative strategies and automation
- Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational practices
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred
- Certifications including TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications (CISSP)
- Hands-on architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, APIs, event streaming and CI/CD
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Leading and developing technical teams in a collaborative environment
- Driving adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches
- Overseeing project lifecycle and managing budgets and timelines
- Providing technical guidance in system integration and cloud architecture
- Designing scalable and secure systems using modern patterns
- Continuously monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
