Position Overview:
 
The Technical Solutions Architect – ServiceNow provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services. This role works cross-departmentally with Zones Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, PPM, and Marketing teams to act as a liaison and ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME). The TSA will collaborate with the Practice Leader to define, execute, and monitor the go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on expanding Zones’ capabilities across industries.
 
As an enabler, the TSA Architect builds consensus, drives alignment, creates tools, cultivates skills, and designs scalable and innovative solutions aligned with the Zones GTM strategy.
 
What you will do as the Technical Solutions Architect- ServiceNow

This role requires up to 30% travel
 
  • Act as the SME for the Zones ServiceNow Practice, with deep understanding of platform capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), HRSD, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, App Engine).
  • ServiceNow ITOM Projects Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
  • Assist in the development of ServiceNow products, services, and solution offerings, aligned to GTM strategy.
  • Green field implementations of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM frameworks
  • Lead internal enablement initiatives across Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Delivery to drive ServiceNow market penetration.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, industry technology trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  • Deliver compelling ServiceNow presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews focused on ServiceNow adoption and impact.
  • Join sales on customer-facing discovery calls to understand business needs and design tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide ServiceNow solution design, configuration, optimization, and capacity planning for client environments.
  • In coordination with leadership, expand Zones’ ServiceNow capabilities and support talent and skill development across the ServiceNow practice.
  • Lead evaluations and partner onboarding for ServiceNow technology and solution alliances.
  • Plan and execute training programs to enable Zones' technical sellers and solution architects to build competitive, high-impact ServiceNow solutions.
 
 
What you will bring to the team:
 
  • 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years working with the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and the ability to tailor solutions based on client business processes and goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, scalable solutions to advanced ServiceNow-related technical challenges.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
  • Team-oriented, highly collaborative, with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
 
Education, Certifications, & Technology Requirements:
 
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in products & services-led selling, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform sales and delivery.
  • Preferred certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
    • One or more advanced certifications (e.g., CIS–ITSM, CIS–ITOM, App Engine Studio)
 
Qualified candidate can expect a salary of $150,000-$200,000
