Quality Dining, Inc. is currently seeking candidates to fill our Technical Services Analyst opening! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level support to managers of our restaurant locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • End user support via phone communications.
  • The candidate will support MS Windows and Office, Micros and Aloha Point-of-Sale hardware and RES software and proprietary applications.
  • Candidates should be familiar with remote control software.
  • The Analyst will document trouble calls and provide timely responses to issues which requires efficient problem solving skills.
  • The candidate will be reliable and willing to work in office and restaurant environment
  • The individual will identify and escalate cases, if necessary, to the appropriate support group.

Job Specifications:
  • This candidate will be responsible for occasionally completing clerical work as well as work to be completed on-site in-restaurant. The Technical Services Analyst will be required to and should be physically capable to perform tasks necessary to support this position.
