Job Title: Project Cost Analyst Associate Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46802 Contract Length: 12+ Months On Site Work Job ref# 247314 We are seeking a Project Cost Analyst Associate to support Project Managers by coordinating project cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining project financial accuracy, monitoring budgets, performing variance analysis, supporting schedule management using Primavera P6 and Smartsheet, and ensuring project information is properly maintained within corporate systems. The ideal candidate has experience supporting capital or engineering projects involving cost tracking, project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and financial reporting in construction, utilities, engineering, or infrastructure environments

Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with project planning, documentation, and coordination. Monitor project budgets and maintain accurate project cost information. Prepare project spending forecasts, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.

Perform budget variance analysis and estimate-versus-actual reporting. Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Smartsheet. Develop and maintain project breakdown structures.

Track project KPIs including: Budget performance Cost performance Schedule performance Forecast accuracy Scope performance Assist with annual budgets, capital forecasts, and long-range planning. Coordinate project meetings and communicate project status with stakeholders. Support work order creation, tracking, and closeout.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding project budgets and schedules. Assist with contract administration, bid support, and cost analysis. Maintain project records and corporate project management systems.

Support SOX-related documentation and financial controls when required. Promote project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Accounting Business Construction Management Engineering Technology Project Management Related discipline OR High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
