Job description

This position supports our customerโ€™s nationwide TSCM program with strategic and operational support across various locations, providing essential contributions to safeguarding classified and sensitive information from foreign and domestic threats. This initiative offers an opportunity to contribute to national security through cutting-edge technical and security-focused roles.

The Resource Manager is responsible for maintaining and controlling a system of records related to procurement, maintenance, transportation, and inventory for all non-COMSEC equipment and contracting activities. Researches cost-effective solutions for requested items or services from vendors and assists in evaluating the quality of items for procurement. Coordinates and tracks equipment repair until resolved, ensuring all necessary documentation and activities for equipment procurement, maintenance, certification, and destruction are completed. Maintains both classified and unclassified equipment inventories with 100% accuracy, at least annually or as requested. Coordinates equipment transfers and loans with other government agencies as required. Must maintain appropriate security clearances. Proficiency in commercial inventory and service software programs, including Microsoft Office, is required to manage all inventory and record-keeping functions. Other duties as assigned.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an activeย Top Secret/DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility.

Contingent upon award of Contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and process purchase and maintenance requests, including all related documentation for materials, services, and inventory.
  • Research and obtain competitive pricing and cost-effective solutions for equipment, logistics, and services
  • Maintain, coordinate, and track equipment repairs until completion, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Maintain fixed asset inventory and related records, including certification and maintenance logs
  • Manage inventories and establish/maintain property management databases
  • Maintain an inventory of approximately 1,000-line items of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate and conduct equipment transfers and loans with other government agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures for technical security equipment

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree is desirable
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in resource management, budget, equipment logistics, equipment maintenance, and procurement
  • Experience with inventory management and property management databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commercial inventory/service software programs
  • Ability to maintain classified and unclassified equipment inventories with 100% accuracy
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills
