Project Manager


On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a self-driven, highly-motivated, and experienced technical project manager with a background in digital marketing for a contract position in Hillsboro, OR.


Project Manager Job Details


Will work within the Digital Marketing & Media Governance and Operations team to manage the ActiveStandards Platform, lead the planning and implementation of checkpoints used by the tool to scan content on and off website to identify issues like broken links, spelling, branding, accessibility, etc... Additionally, this individual will work with various groups to drive the remediation of these issues. This individual should have a good mix of technical knowhow and business acumen and should have the ability to effectively manage multiple relationships within DMM, cross divisionally and with the vendor to get issues resolved. This role is not a people management role. It is an individual contributor.   


Project Manager Mandatory Skills


 A good working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including templates and components, MSM Manager/Blueprinting and rollout, etc. 

Familiarity with Rally. 

A good working knowledge of the Agile software development methodology. 

Familiarity with AEM web publishing processes and systems. 

Strong data management skills needed to manage the checkpoint library (rules used to scan intel.com content for issues.) 

Must be able to coordinate closely with the vendor to deliver technical solutions to meet business needs. 

Ability to partner across divisions with the goal of evaluating issues identified by the tool and to engage engineering for support in remediating the issues. 

Strong writing skills geared toward submitting user stories and acceptance criteria for use in issue remediation. 

Strong knowledge of intel.com standards and policies. Must stay abreast of new standards, policies, guidelines and designs. 

Must exhibit a strong desire to drive acceptance of external standards like Accessibility and champion adoption of both internal and external standards. 

Understand (at a glance) if templates appear to be used correctly/incorrectly, thorough understanding of template/component usages and the ability to understand how design changes will impact the tool's ability to report issues. 

Keep abreast of and informed on new templates/components/capabilities within Adobe AEM, understand new releases and what this means to templates/components usage and stay in tune with design/rebranding efforts and their impact on checkpoints.
