Job Description:

EMPLOYER: Fluence Energy, LLCLOCATION: Houston, TexasTITLE: Innovation Program Manager DUTIES: Organize activities, manage schedules, and coordinate work across internal technical teams and external technical partners. Guide teams implementing new digital technology solutions at operating energy storage sites. Define, plan, and execute next steps including identifying challenges, determining ways to solve them, and tracking progress to resolution. Organize and facilitate processes forums (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning) using methodologies. Engage with senior Fluence technologists in the evaluation and deployment of new technologies. Drive and coordinate activities to generate new customer offerings based on new technology capabilities. Track and facilitate adoption of technology-enabled capabilities within the company to improve business outcomes. Conduct and present reviews of project-related costs, such as charged time and invoices. Produce and present status reports to business and technical leadership.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Management or a related field 2 years of experience in any occupation involving technical program management or a related field.The position requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following:Building software solutions using Python and Java and building data science models using Python and SQLBuilding ETL/ELT processes and creating interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, and Redash) for real-time metricsApplying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and using Jira/Confluence for sprints, backlog management, and stakeholder reportingApplying Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping) to optimize software development workflows and defect resolutionDeveloping financial proxy models (Excel, Python) to evaluate project viability by mapping IRR, NPV, and ROITO APPLY: E-mail resume Srivatsa.Upadhyaya@fluenceenergy.com.
