We are seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale operational modernization and technology transformation initiative. This role will focus on driving execution, governance, and coordination across multiple technical and operational workstreams related to cloud modernization, data platforms, analytics enablement, and operational systems transformation.
The company is currently evolving from a more traditional BI-heavy and siloed reporting environment into a modern AWS-centric data ecosystem. Their broader technology direction includes Databricks, AWS S3, Redshift, Athena, Power BI, Apache Iceberg, and more modern streaming and analytics capabilities. AWS is heavily involved in the initiative alongside engineering/data teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-scale programs involving cloud technologies, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management in complex operational environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple technical and business workstreams.
  • Drive governance, planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication for enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, data, analytics, operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Manage collaboration across external vendors, consulting partners, cloud providers, and internal delivery teams.
  • Oversee cloud and data modernization initiatives including analytics enablement, operational reporting, forecasting, and visualization solutions.
  • Support modernization of enterprise data ecosystems leveraging cloud technologies and modern analytics platforms.
  • Drive delivery of operational analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multi-workstream technical programs involving infrastructure modernization, operational systems, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Track program milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and implementation timelines.
  • Facilitate executive-level reporting, governance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Ensure successful execution within highly operational, fast-paced, and cross-functional enterprise environments.
  • Preferred experience working in operationally complex industries such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cloud providers, enterprise consulting partners, and distributed engineering/data teams.
  • Exposure to operational analytics, forecasting, scheduling, enterprise planning, and reporting systems is highly preferred.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Portfolio Management, or Enterprise Program Delivery.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise cloud transformation or data modernization programs.
  • Proven expertise managing large-scale, multi-workstream technical initiatives.
  • Experience driving AI/ML, analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing consulting-led, vendor-heavy, or outsourced delivery engagements.
  • Ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Preferred experience with modern cloud and analytics technologies including AWS, Databricks, Amazon S3, Redshift, Athena, Power BI, Apache Iceberg, and modern data platform technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud engineering, data engineering, analytics platforms, and enterprise modernization initiatives is highly preferred.
