What you'll achieve
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (i9) to join our Customer Communication team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale communication programs across digital channels - ensuring reliable delivery, measurable performance, and continuous improvement across our technology stack. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical leadership - someone who can define a multi-year communications technology roadmap and direct the vendor-based development team that builds and operates it day-to-day. You will own all development efforts end-to-end, working closely with Business, technology, and senior business stakeholders to shape how Dell communicates with customers at scale.

You will:

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of customer communication programs across email, SMS, and other digital channels - from brief through to deployment and performance reporting

  • Oversee a portfolio of bulk campaign programs running concurrently, maintaining schedule, quality, and delivery standards across all workstreams

  • Lead platform migration and modernization initiatives - managing scope, phasing, stakeholder alignment, and transition planning

  • Manage sprint planning and capacity allocation across delivery teams, maintaining utilization and predictability at scale

  • Own and direct all development efforts executed by the vendor-based team - providing technical direction, setting sprint priorities, and ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements and quality standard

Take the first step towards your dream career
Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Development/ Program management, Campaign operations, or CRM delivery within a technology or enterprise environment

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation and CRM platforms - including campaign execution, customer journey management, audience segmentation, and performance reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and own program or technology roadmaps - translating business strategy into prioritized delivery plans with quantifiable outcomes

  • Experience building business cases and presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership - with supporting financial analysis and ROI modelling

  • Proven experience managing vendor-based development teams - directing technical delivery, owning end-to-end development output, and holding external teams accountable for program quality and schedule

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with automated transactional messaging pipelines - event-driven architecture, message queuing, or workflow orchestration

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in Campaign operations - content generation, personalization, or campaign optimization
