Position Overview:
Nebulon Dynamics is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of our new eCommerce platform. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the product lifecycle from concept to implementation and beyond, ensuring the platforms long-term growth and success. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life while maintaining exceptional customer experiences and content quality. This fully remote position is open to candidates residing in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development & Launch:

    • Define the eCommerce product roadmap in alignment with Nebulon Dynamics strategic goals.
    • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to implementation and go-live.
    • Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional eCommerce experience.
  2. Platform Management & Optimization:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and implement strategic enhancements.
    • Manage ongoing maintenance, feature rollouts, and system upgrades.
  3. Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Develop and oversee high-quality content to drive customer engagement and boost SEO.
    • Work with marketing teams to create product descriptions, promotional campaigns, and blog posts.
    • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all digital channels.
  4. Customer Experience Enhancement:

    • Analyze customer feedback to continually improve the platform and address pain points.
    • Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

    • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
