About the Role:

Summer Intern to join our 2027 Internship Program.

Responsibilities:

  • One-on-one mentorship
  • Weekly feedback sessions to evaluate progression, ask questions, and give feedbackas to what you would like to see and do more of
  • Exposure to mapping and surveying industries, learn how they relate to engineering
  • Support engineering staff with needs for project progression
  • Intro to engineering software such as M-FAD and PLS—CADD
  • Assist with construction specifications and engineering calculations
  • Assist with drafting as needed
  • Exposure to engineering projects and clients
  • Opportunity for site visits to see work in progress
  • Meet with senior leadership to ask questions and discuss career goals and advice
  • Access to our intranet, which houses exclusive photos and information from allservice lines
  • Resume building upon completion of program to ensure all skills acquiredare highlighted for future success
  • Potential for hire upon completion of degree, along with future internships

Qualifications: 

  • Majors: All Civil/Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering majors
  • Preferred Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • School years: Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Masters
  • Demonstrated verbal and technical writing skills
  • Self-initiator, results-driven, strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinking as it relates to engineering innovation and solutions
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
