Partner Manager

Vidmob

New York, NY • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Vidmob is the creative data company. Its scoring software and analytics have become an essential ingredient in the creative and media decisions of the world's largest marketers and agencies, as they strive to drive business results through improved creative effectiveness. As the leader in creative data, Vidmob's influence lies in its partnerships and integrations across the digital ad ecosystem, its dozens of proprietary models, and in operating the industry's most robustly instrumented human-reinforcement learning model for creativity.
We're looking for a Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships. You'll manage and deepen relationships with the media and adtech partners that are core to how Vidmob creates value - advertising platforms, DSPs, measurement and attribution providers, data and clean room partners - serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring they're activated, engaged, and seeing results.
It's a role for someone who thrives on relationship management and execution - someone who can walk into a room with a partner, speak confidently about what Vidmob does and what our packages include, and leave with clear next steps. You know how to keep partners happy, how to keep programs running smoothly, and how to spot opportunities to go deeper.
Reporting to the CRO, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for your partner portfolio, responsible for activation, performance, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of strategic partners spanning media platforms, DSPs, measurement and attribution providers, data and clean room partners, and AI and creative technology partnerships
  • Manage and grow Vidmob's platform partnerships - Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, and others - driving deeper integration, joint go-to-market activity, and measurable mutual value
  • Drive partner activation and adoption by working closely with Vidmob's product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure smooth onboarding, clear value delivery, and a strong partner experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business objectives, go-to-market strategy, and technical architecture to identify new areas of collaboration, data sharing, and expansion
  • Help define how Vidmob's creative intelligence integrates into partner platforms, data environments, and AI-driven workflows - turning partnership agreements into embedded, scalable solutions
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying trends, surfacing risks, and proactively recommending optimizations to maximize impact
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews with partners, synthesizing performance data into clear narratives and forward-looking recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and legal to execute partnership initiatives and resolve operational issues
  • Contribute to the development of scalable partner management processes, playbooks, and frameworks as the team and partner ecosystem grow
  • Represent Vidmob at industry events and partner meetings, building broad relationships across partner organizations

What You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within the media and adtech industry
  • Genuine, working knowledge of the media and adtech ecosystem - how platforms, DSPs, measurement providers, data partners, and clean rooms fit together and where the value flows
  • Direct experience working with or alongside advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, or TikTok
  • Comfort with technical partnership conversations - you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how API integrations, data licensing, and clean room environments work well enough to move deals forward and represent Vidmob credibly
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build reporting, and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - you're comfortable getting in front of a room, speaking clearly about what Vidmob does and why it matters, and building trust with senior stakeholders, across both technical and commercial teams
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple partners and workstreams simultaneously without missing a beat
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach with genuine hunger to build - you're comfortable contributing to a playbook that's still being written
  • Curiosity about where AI, creative intelligence, and media are converging - and a desire to be part of shaping that intersection

Compensation:
Base - $112k-125k
Bonus - $12k-14k
