Job Description
The National Account Partner Manager is responsible for strategically leading and managing the corporate relationship with our key National Distribution Partner within the United States market. This critical role demands a proactive and highly strategic approach to expand Bosch Rexroth's market presence and ensure sustained growth through effective partner management and development strategies. We seek an accomplished sales professional with a demonstrated history of nurturing strong relationships with both partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Bosch Rexroth Linear Technologies Business Area Leadership to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that will be flowed to our channel partner.
  • Achieve or exceed predetermined sales and revenue growth targets through indirect channels-to-market.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with current national partner (executive level, sales personnel and other functions), overseeing their performance and providing training as needed.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by establishing channel partners.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners (distributors) across the United States.
  • Collaborate with regional partners/distributors in developing and setting annual sales targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all partner-related activities.
  • Regularly communicate with the partner network on sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive lead generation efforts and routing of leads to appropriate partner.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel nationally to partner corporate headquarters, regional hubs, and key joint customer locations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Measure Partner Incoming Orders and Revenue.
  • Drive key national partner performance through monthly scorecard reviews and cooperation dialogues.
  • Align partner business plan with long-term market share attainment goals.
  • Manage partner forecasting, oversee value-add capabilities investments and training, and foster a network that promotes best practice sharing.
  • Develop channels by identifying and vetting new partners, especially in uncovered or underserved regions.
  • Facilitate the new partner onboarding process for rapid deployment and revenue generation.
  • Conduct joint calls with distributor sales personnel to key indirect accounts.
  • Align account strategies between Bosch Rexroth's Linear Technologies Outside Sales and Partner Sales teams.
  • Manage other tasks including marketing education for partners, Certified Excellence assessments and support, and resolution of channel conflicts.

***Location Flexible. Ideally positioned in Dallas, TX region or Detroit, MI.
Qualifications
  • Prefer 5 years' work experience within the automation industry in a sales, channel management or business development capacity with a focus on building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical related field
  • Strong understanding of the automation industry with firm grasp of mechanical concepts.
  • Demonstrate a dedication to providing great service to the partner / distributor network.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Experience working with international manufacturers is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
