We are continuing on our ambitious mission and looking for a highly qualified technical success manager to work closely with our core team, including our technology team, and act as a liaison between our technologists and our end users.
When our founders started Verneek four years ago, AI was still the niche academic bubble they lived in, with the early signs of technology breakthrough! We've had tectonic shifts in the public AI landscape ever since, but our founding conviction has stayed the same: "the best path forward for building the most helpful AI for the benefit of society is to build AIs with deep domain expertise". We have now helped millions of consumers, through partnerships with various enterprises, all served through our deep domain expert AI agents that are built on top of our AI platform. Three years ago, we believed that the time was ripe for human language to become the new holistic interface for interacting with a lot of our everyday environments in the consumer space, and we couldn't be more right about what the technology requirements for enterprise adoption should be! We are now in partnership with some of the largest enterprises and helped them delight their users while increasing revenue and decreasing operation costs.
From your day one, you will have an immediate impact on our mission by working closely with our founders to help streamline strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and communicating with the partners, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising, interdisciplinary collaboration, and people management.
You are expected to have solid knowledge about the ever-growing space of AI and the broader technology landscape.

Responsibilities
    • Develop deep understanding of Verneek's product, and its evolving features
    • Develop deep understanding of Verneek's competitive landscape, and the evolving partner expectations
    • Develop basic understanding of how Verneek's technology and sets of products work
    • Oversee a variety of strategic business development initiatives, from inception till successful execution, under the guidance of the executive team.
    • Gather meaningful feedback from the business owners and end users, helping make Verneek's technology, product, and go-to-market motions more efficacious.

    • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and operations
    • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
    • Devise new plans on the fly in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly uncertain environments
    • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with executives.
    • Develop and build on relationships with various internal and external parties, as needed
    • Serve as a subject-matter expert for delegated matters, handling inbound and outbounds inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a business management, operation consulting, or executive role (managing multiple teams and leading strategic initiatives)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in a technical field
  • Working knowledge of finance, book keeping, contract and employment law
  • Working knowledge of AI products in the market, and the evolving technology landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with successful track record on interdisciplinary communications
  • Work authorization in US
