Job description

            We are seeking a customer-focused and technically minded Technical Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and working in a manufacturing environment.
             As a Technical Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and service technicians needing assistance. You'll provide exceptional customer support by processing replacement parts orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers receive timely solutions to any issues or requests they may have.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email. 
  • Assist customers in identifying and order the correct replacement parts.
  • Process parts orders accurately and coordinate shipment or replacement parts.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain detailed service records and customer communications.
  • Document customer interactions, service recommendations, and order details.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial steamers with customers and field service technicians.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and part breakdowns.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptiitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience in technical support, equipment service, manufacturing, HVAC, foodservice equipment, appliance repair, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose problems over the phone using logical troubleshooting techniques.
  • Comfortable learning technical product knowledge and applying it to real-world situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and standard business software.
