Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to lead our shop operations and oversee key production functions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing standard operating procedures to ensure all production runs are executed efficiently and profitably, to the highest quality standards. We create custom musical instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shop Floor Leadership: Oversee, direct, and problem-solve day-to-day shop floor operations to ensure efficient production flow and maximize profitability.

·        Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize daily workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage and align drafting, engineering, R&D, scheduling, and quality control (QC).
  • Ownership Collaboration: Work closely with company owners on operational needs, strategic priorities, and performance goals.
  • Culture & Morale: Actively contribute to a supportive, positive company morale in our family-oriented work environment.
