Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer Office 365 services and related cloud productivity tools

  • Ensure end-user support SLAs, KPIs, and service objectives are met

  • Administer endpoint security including vulnerability management, patching, and hardening (Windows and macOS)

  • Lead vendor management and procurement processes for IT solutions and services

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and process documentation

  • Provide first line support for our platform alongside the global support team

  • Provide email security administration including encryption, spam protection, and DLP

  • Administer and manage Windows Defender and related endpoint protection platforms

  • Support global office locations with IT infrastructure and troubleshooting needs

  • Demonstrate security-first implementation in all technical and process decisions

  • Participate in compliance and audit readiness activities for SOC 2, DORA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001

  • Maintain expertise in MDM solutions (e.g.,Intune,ManageEngine EndpointCentral) and mobile security

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams

  • Support and administer identity and access management via Azure Entra ID

  • Drive IT initiatives around DLP, email encryption, endpoint hardening, and secure collaboration

  • Ensure effective documentation using Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms

  • Continuously learn and support internal platforms, tools, and technologies as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, security operations, or system administration roles

  • Strong understanding of IT operations, Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint security, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Hands-on experience in email security, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Windows/macOS administration

  • Experience with MDM and endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, EndpointCentral, or similar

  • Experience supporting security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, Darktrace, Zscaler, or equivalent technologies

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting

  • Understanding of audit frameworks such as SOC 2, DORA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude

  • Ability to document and streamline IT policies and processes

  • Highly proactive with a solution-driven and security-minded approach

  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
