Position: Technical Instructor/Course Developer (Air Traffic Control) Location: NIWC-LANT, Charleston SC 29419 Position: Technical Instructor/Course Developer (Air Traffic Control) Location: NIWC-LANT, Charleston SC 29419 Clearance: Must have a Secret Salary: Competitive PROSOFT is seeking a talented Technical Instructor/Course Developer to join our team. This technical instructor/course developer will be helping us create high quality training solutions for our customers. Your daily work will involve developing course curriculum, drafting and editing technical documents and procedures for Air Traffic Control (ATC) and various C4I systems.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience in Air Traffic Control Training/Curriculum Development to include: drafting and conducting evaluations and assessments of curriculum effectiveness, drafting technical procedures and guidelines for ATC and various C4I systems or equipment. Responsibilities • Develop course curriculum for Air Traffic Control • Collaborate with team members to identify training requirements • Collaborate with team members to develop training tools • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts Required Qualifications • Strong understanding of learning principles and learning theories • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience developing training solutions • Conducting evaluations and assessments of curriculum effectiveness • Ability to draft and update various technical documents and procedures • Background in training and training development • Highly motivated, self-starter Nice to Have Skills • Previous military instructor experience • Previous experience with ATC, C4I or other technical career field • Previous Navy/Marines/Army formal training development or instruction experience • Knowledge and experience using AIM2 for Navy curriculum management Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or Curriculum Development • Technical or Training background About Us: From our inception in 1984 to the present, we have had a single focus: to provide integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations in every performance area, by fostering an environment where PROSOFT employees continue to thrive.
