We have an exciting career for an Account Coordinator/Technical Assistant. The Account Coordinator/Technical Assistant is an integral part of a team whose primary function is to support the daily operations of the Commercial Lines Department. Employee will be responsible for providing customer service and clerical support to assist the service team in supporting existing accounts and soliciting new business. The right candidate for this role will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with individuals of diverse backgrounds and committed to producing high-quality work.


How you'll make an impact
  • Input/maintain client and company data on account management system and ancillary systems as required. (Includes uploading exposures, general customer information, marketing information and notes).
  • Maintains and process certificate holder list.
  • Processes policies, endorsements, audits, premium invoices, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process MVR Checks
  • Create/Process Renewal Quotes, Binders, and Policies for delivery to clients
  • Process renewal documents, i.e. binders of insurance, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, etc.
  • Assist with invoicing/transactions.

About You

Required: 

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent. 
  • Insurance agency or broker experience preferred but not required
  • Basic math skills required
  • Proven ability of working in a successful team environment
  • Strong Keyboard, data entry and typing skills required.
  • Proficient in an agency or related type of computer system experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization
