Job description

Responsible for promoting Mayo Clinic's core values and supporting community based health care and integrated delivery systems through the sales and services of (MCL). In alignment with the MCL sales process, has overall National Account responsibility for generating new business revenue, establishing long-term business relationships, developing and leading specific account strategies, managing all aspects of new sale activities, account retention and growth, collaborates and coordinates with internal MCL departments to meet strategic goals and client expectations. Communicates the value of the laboratory to health system executive leadership. Develops health system relationships by leading MCL teams to meet customer and MCL strategic initiatives. Works within complex, highly matrixed organizations and focuses on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with MCL's most important customers and partners.

**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

This position requires a 2-year commitment to the role.

  • Ability to function and work in a diverse work environment while selling MCL Services and providing direction to clients in a concise, sensitive, informative, and professional manner. Keeping a positive and courteous tone, particularly in adversarial discussions. 
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory issues, reimbursement issues, and service requirements.
  •  A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation. Up to 80% travel is required.
