From data enrichment to campaign execution, our platform gives teams the data and tools they need to find the right prospects and close more deals. AI isn't a buzzword here. It's built into all of our software. You'll be selling something that's genuinely changing how teams work.
We've been in business for over a decade, serve customers across 57 countries, and still operate with a small, driven team where your work has direct impact on company growth. If you thrive in environments where things move quickly and every conversation counts, you'll fit right in.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time AI Software Sales Representative to join our team at our Warminster, Pennsylvania office. You'll be the first voice prospects hear after they show interest, responding to demo requests, qualifying leads from our marketing campaigns, and booking meetings with Account Executives. This is where you'll master the fundamentals: understanding our product, learning to qualify leads, and developing the communication skills that make top salespeople.

This is a position with a clear career path. Successful reps get promoted to Sales Development Representative (SDR), and from there to Account Executive. If you're ready to grow, we'll give you the opportunities to prove yourself.

What You'll Do
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from website forms, live chat, and marketing campaigns
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and confirming fit with Pitchbox
  • Schedule demos and discovery calls with Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM
  • Follow up with leads who aren't ready to book immediately
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets
  • Learn the product inside and out. This knowledge will fuel your growth
What You Bring
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of calls, emails, and chats
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to qualify leads quickly and ask the right questions
  • Professional, friendly demeanor. You make a great first impression
  • Reliable and punctual
  • You're not looking for "just a job." You want a career path you can grow into

Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools
  • Background in customer service or call center work

What We Offer
  • Full-time position with competitive compensation and uncapped commission
  • Career growth: Clear promotion path: Sales Representative (SDR) Account Executive
  • Health insurance, PTO, and vacation benefits
  • Work in our Warminster, PA office during business hours (9-5)
  • Learn directly from the founders. You'll get mentorship and visibility that's impossible at a bigger company
  • Hands-on training and continuous sales training as you progress through each stage of your career
  • Be part of a small team where your contributions are noticed and rewarded
