Accountabilities

  • Overall responsibility for the success of projects and programs and their impact on business strategy.
  • Creates and ensures effective communication across laboratory functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership.
  • Works closely with leadership to drive project and program direction.
  • Leads cross-functional project planning supporting multi-generational projects.
  • Partners with internal sponsors to deliver project results related to tools, processes, compliance, and development objectives.
  • Solves complex problems leading strategic program execution and successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in life, physical, or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years project management experience in lab operations or pathology projects focused on LIMS/LIS systems strongly preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
