SCHEDULE:

  • Full-Time position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:

  • Technically literate; comfortable discussing IT hardware, software, and subscriptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred:

  • A BS/BA in Business, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Experience supporting clients or teams in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs, vendor portals, or quoting tools

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

In this Tech-Savvy Sales Assistant role, you'll serve as the operational anchor of our sales and client support efforts. Your typical day includes partnering with vCIOs and Account Managers to assemble accurate client quotes, managing proposal follow-ups, and coordinating vendor pricing. You'll process and track product orders, keep clients informed about delivery timelines, and support the service team with installation scheduling. You'll organize QBRs, perform client check-ins, assist accounting with credit applications, and help marketing maintain CRM accuracy while identifying cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, you'll support ecommerce order entry, refine product listings, generate reports, manage equipment inventories, and maintain detailed internal documentation. Your work ensures efficiency, clarity, and consistency across our entire organization.
