Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Tech-Savvy, Remote – Local Candidate Preferred)

Location: Remote (Local Candidates Preferred)

About the Position

we are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new technologies. This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates who are local and available for occasional in-person meetings if needed.

We are looking for a mature, confident professional who follows directions well, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to identify problems, raise concerns, and help improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and operational tasks to support business activities
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and workflows using Google Workspace
  • Assist with project tracking and task management using systems such as ClickUp or
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications
  • Support content posting and engagement activities on LinkedIn
  • Utilize AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Help document and improve business processes
  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Communicate proactively when issues, bottlenecks, or opportunities are identified

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, , Asana, or similar
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
  • Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
