Job description

We are looking for an experienced Cardiac Technologist to join a fast-paced, innovative, clinical services team!

You will be working approximately 2 days per week on a 1099 contractor basis. This is an on-site, mobile position. 

Job duties: 

  • Independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms
  • Perform exams in an efficient and timely manner
  • Follow protocols to ensure accurate and complete results
  • Travel to multiple locations throughout the week to perform ultrasounds on-site (residential, rehab, LTC facilities, etc.)
  • Attend monthly team meetings and occasional educational sessions

Requirements: 

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI)
  • Accredited 2-year degree (Allied Health/Nursing, or comparable recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
  • Forward-thinking and tech-savvy
  • Ability to work effectively, efficiently and professionally in a team
  • Ability to complete patient exams independently with little direction
