Job description

Ready to make the world a greener place one lawn at a time? Do you have a passion for working outdoors, a knack for technology, and an eye for perfection? We want you on our team!
About Us: We are a family owned, eco-conscious landscaping company on a mission to bring beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces to life. We believe in not just meeting expectations but exceeding them-while having fun along the way! Our team is a close-knit group of passionate pros who love what we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that energy. If this sounds like you, let's talk!
What You'll Do:
  • Mow with precision, using top-of-the-line mowers that you'll get to know like the back of your hand. (We promise they're fun to drive!)
  • Shape & Sculpt: Help transform landscapes into stunning works of art by cutting, trimming, and edging with care.
  • Tech-Savvy Lawn Care: Use the latest tools and tech to measure and maintain optimal lawn health.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate with a crew that's all about working hard, having fun, and enjoying the outdoors together.
  • Customer Happiness: Leave behind gorgeous lawns and happy customers who will sing your praises.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • A love for the outdoors (bonus points if you know how to spot a healthy lawn from a mile away!)
  • Tech-savvy skills to handle and maintain modern lawn equipment.
  • A valid driver's license (because you'll need to get to the job site with your trusty tools).
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for attention to detail-perfect lawns don't happen by accident!
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive, fun, and energetic work environment.
  • Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care? Awesome, but not required!
  • Previous experience with mowing is strongly preferred.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Competitive pay with plenty of room to grow! We value your hard work and reward it.
  • Team outings and fun events-because we believe that hard work should be celebrated.
  • Growth opportunities-whether you want to dive deeper into design, management, or other specialized roles, we help you level up your career.
  • Being outside every day in fresh air, making the world a more beautiful place, one lawn at a time.
  • Eco-friendly impact-help us build sustainable, earth-friendly landscapes for clients who care about the planet.

Ready to get your hands in the dirt and bring beauty to lawns everywhere? Let's make it happen! Apply today and become part of a team that values your work, your growth, and, most importantly, your passion for the green world.
