A busy and notable boutique Law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. 
The Qualified Candidate:  
  • Must have 3-5 yrs or more Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary experience in a large or high profile firm.
  • Preferred to have at least six months experience using the document management software: FileVine.
  • MUST be tech savvy- they use AI to help with medical summaries and the latest software.
  • Able to work a file from inception to completion, including trial prep.  
  • Comfortable working as a part of a team
  • Any trial experience is a plus. 
The Firm: 
  • Litigation practice areas include Commercial Business Litigation, high profile Plaintiff Litigation and various other Litigation. 
  • The firm is located in downtown West Palm Beach
  • This a fully on-site position
  • The hours are full time, Monday - Friday
  • Parking is provided
  • The support staff work together closely and as a team. 
There is generous salary with performance bonus, and includes fully paid top of the line insurance after 2 months perm. They also offer a 401K and profit sharing potential after one year.
