Job description

Are you the perfect blend of someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a food lover? Join the Huey Magoo’s Team as our Nights and Weekend Tech I and Digital Platform Specialist! You’ll keep our digital platforms updated, our loyalty program strong, and our restaurants running smoothly.

A typical work week will be 30-40 hours and will include a rotating schedule of 4-5 shifts, nights and weekends. Weekday shifts will be 4:30pm – 11pm, weekend shifts will be either 9am – 4:30pm or 4:30pm – 11pm.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain menu configurations and updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to menu content across various digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with our project manager on major menu updates.
  • Provide Level One technical support, addressing basic technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Escalate trouble tickets to the appropriate person, team, or vendor.
  • Administration of employee and guest database as needed.
  • Answering loyalty inquiries.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience with digital menu boards, EPOS systems, and other restaurant digital platforms, highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical and or menu management role, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of menu management systems and digital content databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical staff via ticketing system, email, phone and or text.
  • Ability and willingness to provide high-level support to franchisee locations.
  • Experience in coordinating and providing support to end-users on hardware and software issues.
