Job Description IT Field Service Technician Location: Reno, NV (service area) Pay Rate: $21.00/HR W2, plus travel expenses (Increase to $23.50 upon permanent hire) Hours: Full time, M-F, 9am-6pm, On-call rotation Duration: Contract-to-Hire Description: Field dispatch cases at customer sites, including repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other various equipment. Covering the greater Reno, NV area Projects and cases installing, refreshing, replacing, and removing equipment. Working with end-users to resolve issues

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

Providing updates to management as needed. Great training opportunities and growth available. Skills: Must live within 20 miles of 89506 zip code At least 2 years of Field Service experience A+ Certification is preferred Desktop, Laptop, Printer, POS break fix preferred Must be able to follow written instructions Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Hardware break-fix experience Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Installing Hardware IMAC Reliable Transportation required (This is a driving position).
