Job Description We are seeking an IT Project Manager II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile program delivery, release management, and change governance, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes in alignment with Global Change Policies and Standards. This role will manage multiple technology administration projects and serve as the primary owner for change execution across people, process, and technology. Responsibilities: Ensure program and project changes comply with Global Change Policies and Standards. Serve as Release Train Engineer to facilitate Program Increment events, manage risks, and remove impediments. Lead planning, execution, and governance for multiple technology administration projects as assigned by the Portfolio Lead. Drive Agile delivery using Jira and related tools for tracking, reporting, and transparency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience. Strong knowledge of business process management methodology. Experience with Enterprise Change Policy and Standards, Agile, and Release Management. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to solve complex problems using root cause analysis and data-driven decision making with cross-functional collaboration. Solutions oriented with sound business judgment to reduce risk. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities. Comfort navigating difficult and complex situations. High organization and effective multitasking capability. Hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, Wiki, and ALM for SDLC, knowledge sharing, documentation, and issue tracking. Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
