We're looking for a Client-Focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction and retention, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts. You'll act as a trusted advisor, connecting business goals with technology solutions while advocating for your clients internally.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (non-support).
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present service performance.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders on IT roadmaps and budget planning.
  • Identify and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track contracts, renewals, and licensing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
