Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with site and segment operational performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity).
  • Lead efforts in yield improvement, process capability enhancement, and waste reduction across manufacturing operations.
  • Support validation and qualification of new equipment, tooling, automation, and processes.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Technology Development (TD), R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution.

  • Strengthen manufacturing technology competencies across Spectrum sites, including standardization and best practice deployment.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and collaboration.

Governance & Execution

  • Support portfolio execution through disciplined project management, risk identification, and mitigation for manufacturing-related activities.
