Job Responsibilities:
• Manage account relationship with account primary contacts
• Managing product life cycle and renewals
• Developing and providing customer reports and dashboards
• Providing escalation to ensure service quality
• Gather feedback on customer service and quality
• Perform regular business reviews
• Quoting and selling new equipment and services
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
