The Enterprise Applications group is the strategic technology partner for the company's core business functions, responsible for the full application lifecycle from roadmap and selection through implementation, integration, and ongoing operations across HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Workplace Management. Led by the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, the group works closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and modern solutions that drive operational efficiency and support compliance and growth. A key priority for the group is the active integration of AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and processes embedding intelligent automation, copilots, and AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making speed, and unlock new levels of productivity across the organization.
What You Can Expect
Strategic Planning & Roadmap
  • Define and own a multi-year application roadmap for Legal, Compliance, Facilities, and Physical Security domains, aligned to corporate strategy and risk priorities.
  • Conduct portfolio assessments, identify capability gaps, and prioritize investments based on business impact, cost, and risk.
  • Develop and manage a demand management process in partnership with business stakeholders.
Legal & Compliance Applications
  • Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of matter management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-billing, and regulatory compliance platforms.
  • Ensure applications meet audit, data retention, eDiscovery, and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Partner with Legal Operations and the General Counsel's office to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
Facilities & Workplace Technology
  • Oversee business applications supporting real estate portfolio management, space planning, workplace experience, lease administration, and facilities maintenance.
  • Drive integrations between facilities systems (IWMS/CAFM) and corporate HR, finance, procurement and other enterprise platforms.
  • Support capital project tracking and facility lifecycle management capabilities.
Delivery & Operations
  • Lead cross-functional project teams (engineers, architects, vendors, business analysts) through the full SDLC, from requirements through production support.
  • Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational health metrics for supported applications; drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and license compliance for the application portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with functional leaders across Legal, Compliance, and Facilities/Workplace.
  • Facilitate steering committees, executive briefings, and governance reviews.
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the CLO and CSO organizations to ensure alignment on shared compliance and operational requirements
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption and capability maturity across the supported functions.

What We're Looking For
Required
  • 12+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in business application ownership or enterprise application leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering solutions in two or more of the following domains: Legal/CLM, Compliance, Facilities/IWMS, or Physical Security.
  • Strong program management skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementations.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology strategies.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executive audiences.
Preferred
  • Experience with platforms such as Conga, TeamConnect, Salesforce Legal, Workiva, Archibus, Planon, ServiceNow (Legal/GRC modules), or similar.
  • Familiarity with GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and regulatory environments (SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in high-growth technology, financial services, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries.
  • PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
165,180 - 247,500, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
