TCAC Compliance professionals ensure that affordable housing properties comply with the regulations set by the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC). They monitor and enforce adherence to the rules related to income limits, rent restrictions, reporting requirements, and property management standards. Their role is crucial for maintaining eligibility for tax credits and for securing continued funding for affordable housing projects in California. These professionals work closely with property managers, owners, and regulatory agencies to ensure all documentation and processes are accurate and up-to-date.
