This role will manage and drive the deal and integration process across all phases of engagement - due diligence, planning, executing and closing to deliver outstanding integration related activity, including (but not limited to) the following:
● Tax due diligence and operational discovery
● Acquisition structuring (domestic and US international)
● Tax integration step plan development and US international restructuring
● Project planning related to Tax matters
● Collaborate with cross functional integration teams
● Utilize project management templates to ensure structured tax approach and timely execution
● Prepare gap analysis and risk assessment documentation
● Provide Tax expertise to cross-functional teams in order to ensure successful acquisition and integration of the target company into mainstream tax processes
