As a Tax Associate, this is an entry level position that will teach you how to file federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.

By providing tax preparation - full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of โ€œPowering Prosperity Around the World.โ€ You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
