The Programming & Brand Manageris responsible forcreating,planningand executing the experiences, activations and partnerships that bring The Global Ambassador to life. Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Director, this role serves as the driving force behind the property's programming strategy, continuously developing experiences that engage hotel guests, members and the local community while strengthening The Global Ambassador's brand as one of the most relevant luxury lifestyle destinations in the country.

As the cultural pulse of the property, this individual works in collaboration with the Marketing & Brand Director to constantly seeknew ideas, emerging brands, influentialpartnersand meaningful experiences that keep the hotel fresh,relevantand ahead of the curve. From chef collaborations and holiday experiences to wellness programming, guest speakers' retail pop-ups, live entertainment and brand partnerships, the Programming & Brand Manager oversees activations from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, relationship-drivenand equally comfortable building strategy, cultivating partnerships and rolling up their sleeves to bring an experience to life.

WhatYou'llDo

Programming & Activation Strategy

  • Develop and execute a year-round calendar of branded programming across all areas of the property.

  • In partnership with the Marketing & Brand Director, continuouslyidentifyand cultivate new event concepts, experiences, partnerships,talentand cultural moments that align with The Global Ambassador brand, serving as a tastemaker and connector for the property.

  • Ideate,initiate,planand execute activations from concept through completion.

  • Manage and track all event budgets related to activations across the property.

  • Track performance and provide post-event recaps including attendance, revenue impact,engagementand key learnings.

Membership Programming

  • Partner closely with the Director of Membership and membership team to develop and execute a robust member events calendar.

  • Ensure member programmingremainsa priority whileidentifyingopportunities to connect public-facing events with the membership experience.

  • Collaborate with the Membership team on event planning,communicationsand onsite execution.

  • Support initiatives that drive member engagement,retention,and acquisition.

Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

  • Identify,cultivate,and manage relationships with brands, vendors, sponsors, talent, and community partners.

  • Proactively seek opportunitiesto positionThe Global Ambassador at the forefront of hospitality, wellness, fashion, food, beverage,retailand culture.

  • Lead all partner communications frominitialoutreach and negotiations through execution and recap.

  • Coordinate contracts,logistics, gifting,rentalsand event deliverables as needed.

Live Entertainment Programming

  • Own and manage all live music and entertainment programming throughout the hotel

  • Work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to curate entertainment experiences that complement each venue.

  • Manage talent sourcing, booking, scheduling and communication for restaurants, programming,special eventsand holidays

  • Continuously evaluate and evolve the property's entertainment offerings, proactively sourcing new talent and performers whilemaintaininga strong roster of options across all restaurants and programming initiatives.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Serve as the primary project manager for all programming activations.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Membership, Retail, Spa, Events, Finance and Marketing.

  • Ensure events are delivered at the highest level of hospitality and brand presentation.

  • Own all event planning and executionlogisticsincluding timelines, run of show development, department communication, pre-event meetings, vendorcoordinationand onsite orchestration to ensure flawlessinstallsand execution across all activations.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing team to brief all required collateral,contentand promotional assets.

  • Ensure all event details,timelinesand deliverables are communicated accurately and on schedule.

  • Collaborate on event recaps, photographyneedsand content opportunities.

  • Support storytelling opportunities that amplify programming and partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in hospitality programming, experiential marketing, partnerships,eventsor related fields.

  • Experience planning and executing luxury hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage, wellness or membership-based programming preferred.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication,networkingand relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle trends, hospitality, food and beverage, wellness,retailand cultural programming.

  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for discoveringnew ideas,brandsand experiences.

  • Comfortable working occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as required by programming and events.
