The Amenity Collective, LIVunLtd's parent company, is North Americas leading provider of single-source solutions across the aquatics, fitness, and recreation industries. We deliver customized servicesstaffing, construction, design, consulting, and operationsto supercharge long-term success for clients and their aquatics, fitness, and recreation spaces.

LIVunLtd is on the search for a Conference Center Concierge to join our growing team! As the Conference Center Concierge you will work alongside the General Manager at one of our luxury commercial buildings to assist in overseeing the concierge services the clients and guest receive. These high-powered clients look to the concierge team for their expertise in all things lifestyle. The Conference Center Concierge is resourceful, innovative, and a tastemaker with a positive spirit that requires polish and a passion for delivering a five-star client experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the General Manager in welcoming clients/guests and introducing them to the concierge services.
  • Liaison Support: Act as the bridge between the event planner, culinary teams, AV technicians, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, restaurants, and preferred vendors.
  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, including daily upkeep of amenity facilities.
  • Facility Management: Inspect and audit spaces for proper room setup, equipment functionality, and climate control.
  • Maintain effective communication with General Manager, clients/guests, supervisors, building management and ownership in order to keep them apprised of club operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.
  • Guest Services: Greet attendees, handle registration, direct guests, and address ad-hoc last-minute requests.
  • Local Recommendations: Advise participants on nearby dining, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Assist with coordination of programs, activities, classes, and events on property.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, concierge or professional setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of local businesses and entertainment venues.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights or weekends.
