Job Summary

The Task Team Manager is accountable for the success of all assigned customer relationships and daily operational functionality at the property level, including regional coverage and special projects on behalf of Xclusive Services. The position requires the ability to communicate cross-functionally across Human Resources, IT, Safety and Support (Workersโ€™ Compensation), Finance, and Compliance. The Task Team Manager position will report to the Director of Service to support local teams related to coverage and expansion opportunities as part of the National Service Team.

Requirements:

Essential Job Functions

Account Supervision, Recruitment, and Customer Support - 100% of time spent

  • Provide excellent customer service and customer relationships through timely follow-up and communication to all needs
  • Support Service team through market coverage, expansion opportunities, and special projects, including training and cross-functional support
  • Responsible for acquiring and sharing competitive information (within assigned property or operating city)
  • All work, including scheduling, to be done at an assigned property
  • Present routinely for morning check-in, meetings, walk throughs, GM/property leader interactions, etc.
  • Own current customer retention efforts, in conjunction with Sales and Service leadership
  • Create a safe, unified, and motivated team environment, lead through excellent service practices, growth and development for all employees
  • Always ensure full and timely delivery of weekly payroll and expenses
  • Complete all required Safety and Support training courses with urgent response to all reported and known incidents per operating policy and procedure
  • Access new markets for sales opportunities, office locations, recruiting resources and key transportation options
  • Uncover upsell opportunities and distribute to the District Manager (identify expansion potential within existing accounts)
  • Assist in creating customer engagement activities and events
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns for existing accounts and new targets
  • Lead or partner on all recruiting efforts to drive applicants to the branch (community engagement, job fairs, mass transportation arrangements for hiring/out of branch application sprints, local advertising, referrals, references, etc.)
  • Partner with Service leaders to place, train, and set expectations with external Team Members including background checks, compliant document reviews, and other new hire paperwork completed prior to working
  • Comply with employment laws, regulations and guidelines as set forth by FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPPA, and other governing agencies.
  • Promote and adhere to all occupational safety and health standards as required by OSHA, company policies, and other applicable regulatory agencies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment

Required Abilities, Requirements, and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in related field required or similar role
  • Hold a valid driversโ€™ license and have reliable transportation to commute to job site(s)/location(s)
  • Comfortable working independently in Microsoft Office (365-PC), WhatsApp, text message platforms, travel and expense software
  • Must be available to work outside of business hours with constant communication to team (early/late day shifts, weekends, holidays, etc.)
  • Previous experience in hotel/hospitality on-site management (customer service, staffing, or service preferred)
  • Ability to travel across assigned properties frequently
  • Must have superior relationship building skills
  • Ability to meet firm deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Adaptable to learn new software platforms and systems
  • Fluency in English required, bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and customers
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job must have the:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • Capability to reach overhead and extend arms for various tasks
  • Ability to bend, squat, and kneel required
  • Ability to operate tools, equipment, or machinery requiring fine motor skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
  • Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind
