Retreat Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still delivering critical services to clients. However, our team is highly collaborative; you will regularly participate in virtual meetings, team planning sessions, and case discussions to enhance client care and operational efficiency. • Provide direct clinical services to clients both in-office and in the community, focusing on those with significant mental health challenges.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to evaluate client's needs effectively, arranging follow-up assessments as necessary.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and link them with necessary resources.
• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions are focused on the presenting issues and client preferences.
• Contribute actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration to achieve shared goals and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor ongoing client cases to evaluate progress, ensuring timely completion of evaluations, progress reports, and any necessary documentation.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, responding to emergencies and ensuring that clients receive timely support.
• Maintain adherence to professional ethical standards and the organization's code of conduct in all interactions.
• Take part in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational excellence.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds and traditions, many of whom experience varying levels of socio-economic challenges. This role emphasizes culturally sensitive care, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual you support. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients is pivotal to their treatment and recovery journey.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing mental health care to diverse populations.
• Strong competency in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to foster collaboration in a team environment.

• Experience working in community health settings or with under-represented populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary practices.
• Previous involvement in quality improvement initiatives or committee work in a healthcare environment.

The expected salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
