Job description

Within Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), the Experience (AUTA-X) team provides a best-in-class internship experience (onboarding, early career development, and offboarding) to engage and retain top diverse early career talent. AUTA-X is seeking a Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations across the internship lifecycle globally. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our high touch programming agenda, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.
This opportunity calls for a candidate willing to work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. They possess strong communication skills and ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines. A proven track record of effective prioritization and taking initiative is important. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong customer obsession. The position will leverage tools, analytics, and communications to improve the education, engagement, and experience of field and corporate interns.
Key job responsibilities
• Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming, aligned to AUTA priorities.
• Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals.
• Partnership with other Program Managers to force multiply specialized programming innovations.
• Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for specialized intern, manager and mentor populations.
• Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance experience and program outcomes.
• Gain operational efficiencies through AI-powered chatbots, ML, and AI-assisted content generation, while maintaining program quality.
• Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2's, QBRs and lesson learn documents.
A day in the life
This role requires ability to work across multiple time zones, including AMER, EMEA, APJC, and LATAM which may result in starting your day earlier or ending your working day later on a regular occurrence to support the global team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
