Job description

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to serve as a strategic and consultative partner in transforming the Talent Management ecosystem through the effective design, configuration, and integration of Lattice, our newly adopted Talent Management System. This role will combine Talent Management expertise, business acumen, and a product mindset to drive Lattice enablement and customization, develop change readiness strategies, and ensure Lattice is fully leveraged to meet business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead consultation and partnership on complex or nuanced design initiatives, partnering with HRBPs, Talent Management Partners (TMPs), and business leaders to understand needs, requirements, and desired outcomes as they relate to the use and configuration of Lattice

  • Triage, evaluate, and prioritize platform customization and enhancement requests; translate requests into clearly defined needs and desired outcomes, and partner with Talent Technology and Talent Management on roadmap inclusion, design, and delivery

  • Design and execute enablement strategies for new Lattice features and processes, including communications, training, job aids, leader readiness, and ongoing support models

  • Assess organizational readiness for platform changes and new capability launches, identifying change impacts, stakeholder needs, and enablement requirements

  • Upskill HR and business stakeholders on use cases, design, build, and utilization of Lattice

  • Share ownership of core talent processes as they are enabled through Lattice, ensuring consistency, usability, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Program Management, or related enterprise roles

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or enabling HR systems; experience with Lattice a plus

  • Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proven experience consulting and delivering on solutions alongside HR and business stakeholders

  • Ability to translate strategy into executable programs, tools, communications, and training for multiple audiences

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.00.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
