Who You'll Work With:

Bernstein Private Wealth Management (PWM) is seeking a Manager, Talent Strategic Initiatives to help shape and scale high-impact talent programs that strengthen our employee experience, advance our culture, and support business growth.

This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, program management and cross-functional stakeholder management-partnering closely with PWM and Client Group leaders, as well as Talent, Community and Belonging, and Marketing partners.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will lead the strategy-to-execution work for formal development programs and signature talent initiatives, including the PWM Women's Council and AB Mosaic. The PWM Women's Council was founded in 2023 to help Bernstein Private Wealth Management be the leading advisory firm for women and aspirational employer of choice for women in finance. We achieve this through coordinated go-to-market and talent management strategies. AB Mosaic is an initiative founded in 2025 that enhances AB's architectural integrity by fostering connections, expanding career pathways and championing the professional growth of our multicultural talent pool. We achieve this through cohort-based mentorship programs, professional development and collaborating with other AB groups to create more career transparency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Strategic Ownership & Council Leadership

- Partner with executive leadership to evolve the mission and strategy of key talent initiatives

- Drive clarity, alignment, and outcomes across council priorities

Program & Portfolio Management

- Own timelines, governance, and KPIs across a portfolio of initiatives

- Maintain forward-looking roadmap of initiatives (now/next/later)

Talent Programs & Partnerships

- Lead mentorship, development programs, and key partnerships

- Support execution of talent development programs and experiences

Go-To-Market Collaboration

- Partner with marketing and business leaders on events and strategic initiatives

Ad-Hoc Strategic Initiatives

- Execute special projects that impact talent, retention, and development

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, talent, consulting, or program leadership
  • Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ownership mentality with willingness to step in to keep momentum

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum annual salary for this role is as follows:

Base Salary Range: $105,000 to $115,000.

Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards. In addition, AB provides a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick and vacation time off
