Job Summary

The Talent Management Program Manager 1 supports the strategic design, implementation, and management of Talent Management (TM) programs and initiatives across performance, engagement, culture of belonging and leadership development ensuring alignment with HR strategy, policy, and business objectives.

Essential Functions of the Role
  • Assists in the strategic design of TM programs to help attraction, development, retention and motivation of a high quality and high performing workforce.
  • Partners with team in development, facilitation and measurement of leadership programs and courses.
  • Supports our Communities of Belonging (COBs) in building a culture of belonging across BSWH.
  • Assist team with annual people processes involving engagement, performance, talent planning and annual training.
  • Evaluates processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Success Factors
  • Knowledge of business foundations, including strategy, finance, operations, product and project management.
  • Proven track record of people, projects and process management.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to scope and create detailed project plans.
  • Knowledge of multiple methodologies and related implementation considerations.
  • Ability to work with technical resources to resolve technical activities required to deliver business vision.
  • Track record of creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and taking initiative.
  • Positive and collective team player.

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
  • ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE (a plus)
    • Working knowledge of LMS
    • Leadership curriculum design and facilitation
    • Managing business resource teams
