Position Overview
Omni Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hotel brand known for our vibrant culture, deep community involvement, and exceptional associate engagement. The Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development will own our college recruiting strategy, campus partnerships, and on-campus presence while also managing our OCI, LID, MID management development, and internship programs.
In addition to recruiting talent into Omni, this role would track participant development and career progression after program completion, creating a stronger long-term leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Early Career Talent Strategy & Recruiting
  • Lead enterprise college recruiting strategy and strengthen partnerships with key universities and hospitality programs.
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class internship program
  • Oversee all post-hire college recruiting engagement and development initiatives
  • Create seasonal hiring pipelines through strategic academic partnerships

Leadership Development & Curriculum Design
  • Create and implement a strategic leadership curriculum supporting associates through every career stage-from onboarding through executive leadership.
  • Own and execute key development programs, including:
    • Omni Care Interns (OCI)
    • Leaders In Development (LID)
    • Managers in Development (MID)
    • Omniversity Trainings

Property & Operational Partnership
  • Partner closely with hotel and regional leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize property-specific development initiatives
  • Ensure development programs support both operational execution and guest experience excellence

Analytics & Program Effectiveness
  • Establish and monitor key talent and development metrics including:
    • program effectiveness
    • retention of high-potential talent
    • associate engagement
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve programs and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in Recruiting, Talent Development, Human Resources, Hotel Operations or Management Training program; hospitality operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience within one of Omni's development programs highly desired
  • Luxury hospitality or multi-property leadership experience preferred

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and presentation platforms

  • Ability to travel as needed for position
