Your Purpose as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist:

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with local community organizations, high schools, colleges, and technical schools to support sourcing for all automotive retail and technician roles.
  • In coordination with local Recruiting Coordinators, identify, coordinate, evaluate, and participate in recruiting events internally, externally, and with partner organizations and schools.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and support for specialized role sourcing to local Recruiting Coordinators (e.g., automotive technicians).
  • Establish constant technician sourcing pipeline through automotive technician intern sponsorship programs.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal partners including other HR team members, General Managers, and Store Leaders.
  • Partner with the full Talent Acquisition team to establish and coordinate a group-wide talent community and effectively communicate/partner with that community.
  • Travel locally and/or regionally to attend events or store visits in assigned area(s).
  • Provide support to stores on full cycle recruiting when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of store operations, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Ability to travel to assigned store locations located in Nebraska. 
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of modern, innovative talent acquisition models, tools, practices, platforms and approaches.
  • Knowledge of effective sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing approaches for large, distributed workforces and multi-site, multi-state operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of sourcing technical, trade-based roles beneficial.
  • Experience with military, high school and/or college focused sourcing efforts beneficial.
  • Strong collaboration and communication capabilities and skillsets to develop and effectively maintain partnerships internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of EEO laws and regulations relating to talent acquisition.
  • Ability to effectively interact and engage with all levels of roles from operational and client facing roles within the stores to senior level executives including store general managers.
