Job description

As a District Manager for Freedom Enterprises, LLC, a proud Scooter's Coffee franchisee, you are responsible for leading multiple Scooter's Coffee locations through strong leadership, talent development, operational excellence, and financial performance. More than just overseeing stores, you'll serve as a coach, mentor, problem solver, and business leader, helping teams create amazing experiences for every customer and employee they interact with.

District Managers partner closely with Store Managers to build high-performing teams, drive sales growth, develop future leaders, and ensure every store consistently delivers on Scooter's Coffee's mission of creating an amazing experience for each life we touch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling challenges, celebrates team successes, and is passionate about helping people grow while brewing success throughout their district.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and support 4-6 Scooter's Coffee locations within an assigned district.

  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing Store Managers and leadership teams.

  • Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future leaders.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, accountability, and recognition to support team growth and performance.

  • Foster a positive, engaging culture that reflects Freedom Enterprises' and Scooter's Coffee's Mission Statement and Core Values.

Operations & Brand Excellence

  • Ensure all stores consistently execute company operating standards and the 3 Amazings: Amazing People, Amazing Drinks, and Amazingly Fast service.

  • Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, organization, food safety, and brand presentation.

  • Conduct regular store visits, working alongside teams to coach, support, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Remove operational barriers and implement solutions that improve efficiency, speed, and guest satisfaction.

Business Performance

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall district performance.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial results, utilizing data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Develop and execute action plans that improve operational performance, staffing, retention, and profitability.

  • Manage budgets and resources responsibly while supporting company growth objectives.

Communication & Leadership

  • Communicate company goals, initiatives, and expectations clearly and consistently.

  • Build strong relationships with Store Managers, support teams, vendors, and company leadership.

  • Lead with positivity, professionalism, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Adapt to changing business needs and travel regularly throughout the district to support stores and teams.

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations, departments, or teams.
