This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Lead, Talent Development role between June 2026 - December 2026 for our Growth & Development team.

As a Specialist Lead, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for...

  • Planning, executing, and operationalizing in-person and virtual development programs and processes
  • Drafting PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Creating and reviewing deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail while assisting in the development of learning programs and training experiences
  • Participating in or leading learning project teams, conducting research and data analysis, and recommending solutions to support business priorities
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coming into the office periodically for office events

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of professional experience developing learning programs and training experiences

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with instructional design
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization
  • Experience in consulting or professional services
